My current fave as you probably know is my Invicta Men’s Subaqua Collection Gold-Tone Chronograph Watch which I love. So it should come as no surprise to you that the Invicta mens diamond watch that I would probably get is the Invicta 4848 that I’ve just described above.
This is a lovely gold and silver watch. And when I say gold I mean real gold. This watch is gold plated, which gives it a real gold like color, not that yellow that tries to look gold that so many cheap watches have nowadays. Both the case and the strap of this bad boy are gold plated which is really cool. But more than that this keeps the color consistent and the price close to $1k, though I’ve seen it on sale for less than half of that. So look around if you’re interested in buying this Invicta men’s watch. You can catch it at a really great price if you’re patient.
Some other things that really make this watch stand out, not just for the blingness of it, but also the quality and the value that you’re getting. The dial is a really nice blue, that you don’t notice at first but that catches your eye in just the right light. It’s a very deep, dark French blue which is really smart next to the gold especially.
Okay, okay I know you want to get to the real attraction of this watch which is the diamonds after all isn’t it? Firstly, the bad news. The diamonds are small, but then again, you aren’t buying an engagement ring! You’re buying yourself a very fine Invicta mens diamond watch. You’re looking for understated bling, and that’s what you get. But you get 23 of them. That’s right, 23 magnificent round diamonds that are hand set into the face and bezel. Not only do these diamonds sparkle like little stars on the watch face, but they’re placed as hour markers too boot. I love it!
Like with other fine caliber men’s watches of this ilk, the Invicta men’s diamond watch has Japanese automatic movement that doesn’t need a battery. Now I personally love automatic movement, but they’re not as accurate as your quartz movement watches. But then again, you ain’t buying a watch as much as you’re buying some really nice jewelery that speaks to where you’ve arrived. Am I right?
