The Omega Chronograph of My Choice

There are items that you just dream about. Those are the things that you dream about, but find that it is somehow not that easy to attain. First of all, the financial consideration could be considerable, especially if you were just a kid or a student without the extra money to but it. But then again it can definitely work in your favor since you have something to motivate you and push you to do better in life so that you can one day be able to acquire that which you have only been dreaming of. In some cases it might not even be the best in that particular line, but since you’ve got your mind set on it you’d pursue it anyway.

That is definitely my mindset whenever I save up to buy one of my favorite watches. Yes, watches happen to be my personal favorite among the many different kinds of items that are likely to be ideal objects to buy and make a collection. And I keep thinking why not, when it offers tremendous quality both in terms of its looks and its performance. What better combination of qualities could one ask for, really? I actually have several watches on my wish list, some I have already and some that I still haven’t laid my hands on. Among those are several Omega timepieces, although there’s still particular Omega Chronograph that I would really love to have, the Omega Speedmaster.

The Speedmaster and Other Omega Chronographs

I can say that right now, the Omega Speedmaster is my dream watch. For some reason that’s unclear even to myself, I haven’t made buying it a priority in the past. Whatever the reason for this oversight, I’m going to correct it now and buy it along with other Omega Chronographs. The Omega Watch Company, based in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, is one of the well known watch makers in the world. The Omega Speedmaster, particularly the Speedmaster professional or “Moonwatch” is one of its best models. This model actually has the distinction of being the first watch worn on the moon during Apollo 11 and was also worn during the first American spacewalk courtesy of Gemini 4. Among its defining characteristics is that it is among the few watches that have been qualified for spaceflight by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) ands remains the only one that has been qualified for Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA).

And of course I couldn’t leave out my other dream chronographs from Omega:
