I am the type or person who emphasizes performance and quality. There is no settling for anything that performs less than what I expect or of products that do not have the right quality. Well I did not adopt this standard recently, as I have been like that for most of my life and I also hold such high standards in other aspects and areas of my life. And it just works so well for my favorite items, especially the ones I use frequently and also make a collection of. By having such a standard, I am able to have a high level of confidence with the thing that I am using, whatever it may be, since I am quite sure that it would perform so well and be dependable no matter what. To me, there is just no substitute for high quality and performance.
The perfect example that I can think of are watches, especially since I love timepieces and have my own extensive collection of it. I picked it as an example because there are certainly many watch models whose performance and quality could not be questioned. When it comes to brands, there are certain ones that I definitely trust more than others, although I still carefully evaluate the performance and the overall quality of each one. I particularly love waterproof watches, since I love to go swimming in the ocean and do some diving. Aside from that, waterproof watches are known for their superior quality. I’m planning on buying some more in the days to come and extend my collection even further.
